Having a #yummy breakfast after my 3 mile #run ! It was early…way too early and I was half asleep, but I did it! (Taken with instagram)
My body was just ready for it! Had a protein bar & amino energy and went out for my run… -500 calories for the day… Way more than I expected since it took me a while to wake up even while running!

Lets kick June in the ass just like we kicked May in the ass guys!
- Eat healthy, enough food, enough protein and all the rest!
- Exercise as much as you can
- Keep Calm And Drink Water
- Try your best no one can ask anything more of you.
- Love that body. Love those thunder thighs. Love those skinny thighs. Love those abs. Them boobies haha. Be body positive guys. Always.
