I’m not letting that stop me though…gonna loose them again!

Weighed myself today….
Haven’t in the longest time. And while I admit I haven’t been doing so well….169.9 cannot be correct. I was 150 just a month ago.
Plus I’m supposed to be getting my period today…so maybe that’s part of it.
But still…it has me worried.
What a way to ruin my day….

This is weird…I went down when I felt like I’ve gained 20 pounds.
We’ll see how next week goes!
Deff did go up from last month, I was at around 150. Not bad though, considering I indulged a lot.
But I’m back in this again!
Since I’ve decided I wanna get down to atleast 140 (which is what is considered the highest normal weight for my height) I’ve been wighing in again.
I came at 152.6 last week.
Today I was 151.6
-1 pound…and I haven’t even been so into my weight loss this week…just living life trying to make healthy choices.
Back to my wo’s today. Right now…
30 Day shred went great
had some unplanned chinese food for dinner, wasn’t gonna let that put my mood down though. I still went on with my planned workout and I don’t feel bad at all about eating it.
I just hope it doesn’t affect my weigh in tomorrow!

1/4/11: 155.4 pounds
total lost this week: 1.6 pounds
haven’t been eating as clean as I should or working out, so I’m amazed I still managed to lose a pound!
also my waist somehow went down an inch since I last checked in September!
I’m at 37’!
